Here's what I've been up to this evening - making a necklace, and some glass charms! I always manage to lose my glass when I have family over for dinner, so I thought I'd make these charms so we all know whose glass is who's!!

Cupcake Craft Challenge - Printable

This is my DT card make for the Cupcake Craft Challenges which this week the challenge is "Printable". I made this card using a printed new baby greeting for a friend who had her 2nd baby this month (and he's so gorgeous!! The baby that is!) I used my nesties, some 3d stickers and the punched tab punch from Stampin' Up. By the way, there's a great offer coming up in January - spend £45 on Stampin' Up products and get a free stamp set. As usual, I'll be offering a discounted postage rate if you order from me click on the pics in my sidebar for a sneak preview!

Todays makes

Well I've been busy crafting this morning, but sadly have no cards to show for it!! Instead, I decided to extend our kitchen worktop space, so came up with this extension of wood to go next to our Rayburn!! I made holes in it, so am hoping it counts as the paper piercing challenge on the Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge!!!! hee hee!

I've also made myself a necklace to wear out tonight - what do you think?? Not sure about the photo - tried to take a pic of me wearing it in the mirror!!!

Cute Card Thursday!?!

I HAD to make a card this week for someone who was leaving our school clubs, so I made this one and thought I'd enter it into the Cute Card Thursday Challenge - just hope it's eligible!?!
It took me ages to do all the letters and stick them on! and then I got all the kids from after school club to sign sheets of paper and made it into a sort of card-book! It's A4 size, and looks much better in real life!

Forever Friends Challenge Blog & Daring Cardmakers

I've made this card for this weeks Forever Friends Challenge which this week is A Christmas Carol, but I've combined it with the Daring Cardmakers Challenge which this week is to make a 10 minute card.

I just love the Forever Friends range so much that I decided to make a few more quick cards too!
... and I'd also like to say a really big thank you to Bridgett who sent me all this lovely candy that I won in her blog competition - thanks so much, Bridgett!!

Penny Black Challenge & Papertake

I can't believe I haven't been making cards for so long - over a week has passed!! Anyway, I grabbed an hour to myself today, and it was definitely needed! I was trying to make a card for my neice's birthday, but am still not sure which one to send her. Maybe I'll just do another!! Anyway, the first is for Papertake Weekly and the second is for Penny Black Saturday Challenge. Both challenges are sketches, both cards have been rushed, and I'm not entirely pleased with them but there you go, at least I had some time to myself!

Does anyone have a sizzix sidekick they no longer want? I'm after one if you do - please let me know,
thanks!

Beads beads beads!!!

I must admit I've really been neglecting my blog lately, and the reason is linked to the photos above!! A couple of friends and I have been busy making jewellery for a couple of events this weekend - the first is tonight and it's a fete at our local school, and tomorrow we're going to the local farmer's christmas market!
So, what do you think of them? Just wish us luck that we sell some!!!
